So first up: The absolute best moment of the entire season was Gibbs pep talk to Tony. It was so good to finally hear the words to what we have been shown for years.

I have been waiting months to see something like this and the emotion and  intensity that was coming from the two was fantastic especially Gibbs.

"You've made me proud. Except for three minutes ago."

This whole speech was so worth it just to hear Gibbs say that and you could see Tony just *absorb* that. He really deserved it. Plus Gibbs/DiNozzo dynamic here was great, I can't see him doing that at all with the others, and he probably wouldn't because Tony is a leader. He has been trained for that for years and Gibbs is extremely comfortable letting him have that role.

Plus Gibbs called Tony  Anthony. I have never heard anyone but Ducky call him that and have it *mean* something. I know it's repetitive, but this whole episode was fantastic and exhilarating in it's awesomeness.

The Tony/Gibbs show down was great, it really solidified how well they knew one another and only the two of them could say those things to one another. Abby is the only one that could have broken that up like she did, the others would have read to much into it. I thought it was awesome how the writer's wrote Gibbs and Tony here, Gibbs respected him and *followed* Tony, he didn't try to take over or intervene in anyway and it was perfect.

McGee: "It's just we've never heard you say that much at one time."
Ziva: "Or in one week."

This was gold. Ziva and McGee were really funny in this, a lot in my opinion had to do with their facial expressions more than anything. God when Tony took over it was great to see that dynamic even though Ziva and McGee don't always respect how Tony does hos job.

I think that is the one thing I don't like. Ziva and McGee treat Tony very differently than they do Gibbs and yes there is a reason for that but just sometimes it grates me the wrong way, when I really think about it.

Abby was awesome here, I love how she just takes Tony becoming Gibbs in stride, and she trust that he can do succeed, just like Gibbs.

Tony was great, fantastic, awesome in this episode. The morning hangover scene was priceless and you could just hear the others thinking 'not again'.

Tony: McGee, say words." I found  this quite funny.

I felt so sorry for Tony here, I mean he felt so accomplished and good because of what Gibbs did, but he also sent and innocent man to jail for three years, and for Tony especially, the guilt was heavy, However, Tony *is* good at what he does and things worked out eventually.

The other golden scene in this whole season?

Tony and Palmer.

That was just plain gold. And the fact that you knew it happened the whole time Tony was Team Lead when Gibbs was gone was perfect. Just like Ducky is to Gibbs, Jimmy was to Tony. And it is believable.

Next weeks previews. I love horses, I do I just have to watch and see.

Here from NCIS Haven. I loved the Tony and Palmer scene as well. Especially because they supposedly don't think very much of one another. Palmer's one of my favorite characters and I hope they play this relationship gets more play.

The episode as a whole, was awesome!

Palmer has been awesome this season!!

Especially because they supposedly don't think very much of one another.

This is true which made that scene so much better.

Another thing I liked was Tim's scene in the beginning when he was talking about the suitcase/bag, and then said he had been doing the job for to long. Ah...how NCIS shows character growth:)
