So I am going to start with the more light hearted parts.

I loved how basketball was the sub story here and how Alan really wanted Amita and Charlie to use math to help the Cal Sci team. My question-has Cal Sci really had 283 consecutive losses?

The Amita and Alan scene was hands down a favorite of the series for me. I loved the hints to a proposal and finally a mention of them being family. I was sqeeing in my head. You know Amita was so sincere when she told Alan the reason for all the basketball talk.

The pillow fight scene was great, it was awesome to see the two so relaxed.

David got his promotion!!! Yes!! He really deserved it and he did really well in this episode.

The whole drug aspect was great. I mean you could tell with all the good hype that something would go wrong but it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

I really liked Cam, I first thought he was working for the dealer but he wasn't which made my day. I like Liz and him together, they both want a relationship, are ready to e with another. Don and Liz were never really that intuned with one another, plus I do love him with Robin ♥ 

The actual message of the particular ep I think is that as much as the good fights the bad, no matter how many battles the authorities win, this is one war that we are losing. 

The previews looked fantastic. I really hope we get some great, fantastic, Charlie and Amita scenes. Maybe this will be the one where Charlie realizes that he can't live without her and will finally decide to propose. Though I could totally see the powers that be blind siding us and have him already have a ring a propose without much lead up.
